Our Company was Awarded the G7 Highest Level Certification

Three years ago, according to Disney Requirements, we started the first cooperation with Fuji Film on G7 Certification. At that time, we just wanted to try it and did not have high expectation about G7 Certification.

      With the wide application of the G7 technology in actual production, we have found that this technology has been getting deeply connected with our daily operations. It is    very obvious that G7 has improved our production as well as the quality. In the past, we often had to redesign the products because the color could not be made correct. As a   result, we wasted a lot of time on the production lines. But now we have been using the G7 method to calibrate the printers, and it has greatly improved our production efficiency.

      Some printers opt not to continue with the review and audit for the certification renewal once they passed.   However, as Mr. Tan, head of our Printing Technology Department said: “we are not just aiming at getting the certification of G7, but at improving the production as well as reliability of our company. As soon as we got the G7 Certification, we immediately applied the new standards to our production. We have found that the    printing quality and production efficiency have been greatly improved. So we will continue to do the annual review with no hesitation.

      Even staff of our Printing Department commented that the certification process of the G7had given them a great opportunity to learn more about the overall status of the printers and the testing of their daily maintenance result. The G7 printing technology has helped us to better diagnose the problems of the printing machines, and to effectively resolve the issues that may arise. It is totally worthwhile to invest in the G7 Certification and make the efforts to maintain it.
